Cleveland Public Adjusters was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Our President & Founder Andrew Kobak spent years working with a major insurance carrier as a field adjuster, covering claims in the City of Cleveland as his primary territory. Year after year, Andrew demonstrated a level of integrity and care that made him beloved by his Cleveland clients.

But there was one problem: despite his best intentions, he couldn’t prevent his employer, the insurance carrier, from repeatedly and severely underpaying and denying claims that should have been covered.
